We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation by 11:59 PM, one month prior to your check-in date, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your total amount (excluding the service fee). Unfortunately, after that deadline, we won’t be able to provide a refund.
